Meaning, if someone was trying to hack your account using your ID and guessing at your password.
Does Gmail notify you if there have been several attempts to login into your account using your account ID?
No. However, if someone tries to reset your account password (which has happened to me multiple times...at least emails in spanish say it has :) they do.
After a while, they will stop allowing the person to try for a period of time.
Reply:Short answer: no.
Long answer: well, I never saw this, nor does it seem documented. You could always try to login using a wrong password yourself, though I wouldn't recommend it. I'd say Google might decide to 'throttle' your login attempts, and thus prevent you from logging in successfully after too many failed attempts...
